    Teknologi ramah lingkungan merupakan pilihan yang tepat untuk menciptakan pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Namun, petani tidak selalu menerima teknologi tersebut karena petani bersifat lembam. Oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi teknologi tersebut. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap adopsi teknologi ramah lingkungan pada USAhatani kedelai. Kajian ini menggunakan metode estimasi logit, Tobit dan probit bertingkat untuk mengukur kemungkinan petani mengadopsi komponen teknologi ramah lingkungan. Data dikumpulkan dari tiga kabupaten di Jawa Timur tempat kedelai dibudidayakan secara intensif. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan faktor sosial ekonomi mempunyai pengaruh yang beragam terhadap adopsi komponen teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, kelompok tani, luas USAhatani, kepemilikan lahan, dan pelatihan memungkinkan petani untuk mengadopsi teknologi secara keseluruhan.     Organizational phenomena that are still being faced are coordination and consolidation, different qualifications of human resources, large work areas, and the lack of facilities (technology) and assistance facilities for the community. The purpose of this study was conducted to develop variables that influence Loyalty in the Digital Age and the COVID-19 Pandemic, in the Observers of Plant Pest Organisms (POPT) in South Sulawesi Province. The research method uses the Mix Method to determine the relationships and influences between variables, with 200 respondents. Selection of the sample using judgment sampling and data collection using a questionnaire. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL and SPSS. The results showed that the Human Resource Management variable had the most influence on building loyalty. Overall the variables of Human Resource Management Practices, Motivation, Communication, have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, but the variable that has the greatest influence on job satisfaction is the communication variable.     The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the learning plan based on ISO light vehicle engineering at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong. (2) To describe the implementation of learning-based techniques ISO light vehicles in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong. (3) To describe the evaluation of learning techniques based on ISO light vehicles in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong. The research is a qualitative research design ethnography. The study was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong Boyolali. Techniques of data collection with in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Analysis of the data using the interactive model with three stages. The results of the study were (1) Planning learning techniques based on ISO light vehicles in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong an administrative document learning (DAP), as a reference for implementing learning, compiled by the teacher prior to the implementation of learning activities based learning. Planning ISO always enhanced on an ongoing basis, to assess the competence and basic competences (SK. KD) preparing a syllabus, calculate Effective weeks, making half of the annual program to program, compose a new lesson plan. (2) The study emphasizes the process of formation of the student learning experience (learning experiences), conducted through face to face, emphasizing the process of formation of the student learning experience. Core learning activities carried out with an emphasis on the process of learning that high activity levels. Learning-oriented student activity penguasaana emphasis on knowledge, change attitudes and increase students' skills. (3) Evaluation of learning techniques based on ISO light vehicles in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong includes daily tests, replicates the midterm (mid term), general tests or repeat block, which is held each semester, a special class XII in addition to the evaluation, students are required to take exams national.     Penerapan Pembelajaran Discovery untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Prestasi Belajar Memperbaiki Mesin Diesel

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa melalui model Discovery Learning pada pelajaran memperbaiki sistem bahan bakar Diesel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran Discovery, dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa.  Peningkatan ditunjukkan pada keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa dalam memperbaiki system bahan bakar diesel. Keaktifan belajar siswa dari prasiklus ke siklus I, meningkat dari 56,25% menjadi 69,44%, dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 91.67%. Peningkatan lainnya terjadi pada hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan dari prasiklus meningkat dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,85 meningkat menjadi 77,54 pada siklus I dan menjadi 85.14 pada akhir siklus II.  Jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada prasiklus sebanyak 17 siswa meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 26 siswa, dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 36 siswa, dengan hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan prasiklus ke siklus II meningkat sebanyak 19 siswa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan pembelajaran Discovery, dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar pada  mata pelajaran ”Memperbaiki sistem bahan bakar diesel” siswa SMK di Sragen

    The Effect of Thermal Shock on Bending Strength of Zirconia Ceramics

    This research aims to investigate the effect of thermal shock on bending strength of zirconia stabilized with 3% mol Yttria known as 3Y-TZP (Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal stabilized with 3 %mol Yttria). The zirconia powder with mean particle size of 0.2 - 2 µm was obtained from Good fellow UK. Zirconia powder was uniaxially pressed with a pressure of 100 MPa to produce cylindrical green body with a diameter of l5 mm and thickness of 8 mm and green body specimens of rectangular cross-section bar (8x5x50 mm3). The cylindrical green body was pressureless sintered at various temperature of 1250, 1300, 1350, 1400 and 1450 oC for 1 hour. The density of each sintered specimens was measured using Archimedes method. It was found that 1450oC was the best sintering temperature. The rectangular green bodies were then pressureless sintered in a furnace at temperatures 1450 oC for 1 hour with a heating rate of 5oC/min. The sintered samples were polished. Group of the sintered samples were then heated up with a heating rate of 5 oC /minute to various temperature of 25, 225, 275, 325 and 425 oC with a holding time of 1 hour. They were then thermal shocked by rapid cooling (quenching) to a water media with a temperature of 25 oC. The strength of samples was evaluated using four point bending test. The results shows that the thermal shock resistance of the specimen is 200 oC and 250 oC where the bending strength decreases drastically
